Koli began her media journey as an intern at Mumbai’s Fever 104 FM radio station. After a year, she hosted her own show, Call Centre, but it didn’t succeed, leading her to leave the radio. During her internship, she met Sudeep Lahiri, who encouraged her to start a comedy YouTube channel. In February 2015, she launched MostlySane. Prajakta Koli performed at YouTube FanFest in Delhi in 2018 and Mumbai in 2019. In 2020, she introduced her YouTube Originals show Pretty Fit, where she interviews celebrities like Kareena Kapoor and Neha Kakkar, focusing on fitness tasks. She interviewed former YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki, Hollywood stars Brie Larson and Samuel L. Jackson, Sadhguru, Adam Sandler, Jennifer Aniston, and more.
